These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HireFlow application platform (“Platform”). The Platform is operated by Atlanta Health Partners on behalf of Omega Pediatrics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform facilitates recruitment for Omega Pediatrics. Nothing in the Platform constitutes a promise, offer, or guarantee of employment. Omega Pediatrics may modify or discontinue any job posting at any time.
We use AI tools to help evaluate applications and generate assessment questions. AI is instructed to focus only on job-relevant criteria based on the job description and ignore demographic or social factors. Human reviewers oversee AI outputs and make final decisions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to AI-assisted processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your submitted materials (e.g., resume, responses) solely for recruitment purposes, including AI-assisted evaluation. You represent you have the right to provide such materials.
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data and purge application data 30 days after the conclusion of the application process, subject to legal allowances.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you have paid to use the Platform (which is typically $0), whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Georgia for any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
